Overview:
Retina International (RI) is an NGO that acts as an international umbrella group for patient led Charites and Foundations who promote medical research and develop health policy that have the potential to improve the lives of people living with Retinal Dystrophies. Retina International supports 43 active members globally. www.retina-international.org

The Role:
We are seeking a professional administrator to join our busy Dublin office on a one-year contract, 21 hours per week from February 2020.

Duties:
• To provide administrative support to the executive team.
• To provide administrative support to the Board of Directors, including the president and company secretary.
• To manage correspondence to member organisations.
• To coordinate communication between global stakeholders.
• To update Retina International Website.

Skills Required:
• Experience in providing administrative function to a busy office.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of Word Press.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and use initiative.
• Attention to detail.
• Second language an advantage.
• Interest in health policy and human rights.
