iMove an iPhone app that supports visually impaired persons to move in urban environments
Retina Italia Onlus commissioned EveryWare Technologies to develop iMove, an iPhone app that supports visually impaired persons to autonomously move in urban environments. Thanks to iMove, an iPhone is now capable of reading the current address and the nearby shops. Moreover, it is possible to create audio notes, that are played every time a user gets close to a given place. iMove is a free app that is distributed world-wide through the App Store (https://itunes.apple.com/app/imove/id593874954). read
