Description
Retinal Guanylate Cyclase (RetGC, GUC2D) converts GTP into cGMP. The enzyme is Ca2+ dependent activated by Guanylate Cyclase Activating Protein (GCAP) which associates to activate Guanylate cyclase at low Ca2+ concentrations.
